negotiations, contemplation of possible ‘lock-out’ by employer,
deadlock between an employer and employee pending conclusion of CBA negotiations, constructive dismissal of management staff and interdiction of employee implicated in theft of company property, and other terms and conditions of employment of employees whether unionised or not.
We also advice on the legal obligations of employers including withholding tax obligations and other statutory requirements relating to social security
payments.
