GIFTY ANAFO-POKU is an experienced lawyer, who is qualified to practice law in multiple countries. Gifty joined the firm in 2023 after being called to practice in Ghana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in English from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), an LLB from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Gifty was admitted to practice law in Rwanda in 2020 and further admitted to the Ghana Bar in 2023. She is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association, East Africa Law Society and the Ghana Bar Association.
Gifty has a transnational and cross-cultural experience and she applies same in solving legal issues. She is familiar with cross
border transactions and has assisted several of clients in that
regard. Gifty is part of our corporate and litigation team.
She has interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Employment and Labour Relations, Real Estate, Energy and Infrastructure, Human Rights Law, Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance, Telecommunications and Technology and Media.
