available under the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC)
and the Ghana Free Zones, taxation, rights and obligations of
employment and liaise with regulatory agencies including the
GIPC, Bank of Ghana and the Ministry of Finance for the relevant
regulatory approvals.
We draft and advice on commercial agreements including sale and
purchase agreements, finance lease agreements and hire purchase
agreements of various types of assets. We undertake debt recovery
through litigation or negotiated settlements and ensure recovery
through enforcement of judgments.
