Samuel is an associate at Lexkudoz Unlimited and has in depth
experience across the whole range of corporate, risk, insurance and commercial transactions industry. Samuel also has wide ranging experience in corporate disputes and criminal litigation.
Samuel has diligently worked in the financial sector of Ghana
especially the insurance sector in various capacities. He helped set up Regency Alliance Insurance, First Insurance Company Limited and worked for SIC Insurance PLC for many years.
He has consulted for a number of insurance companies both locally and across the West African Sub-region.
Samuel has provided legal services for various banks in Ghana. He has also worked for various Receivers in respect of negotiations, litigation, debt recovery and other related legal issues.
Samuel has provided legal services for manufacturing companies
and multinationals in the fast moving consumer goods industry.
Samuel has represented Media General which is one of the largest media conglomerate in Ghana in various suits.
He is the Board and Company Secretary for Bsystems Limited.
Samuel Osei Sarpong holds an LLB from Ghana Institute for
Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was
admitted to the Ghana Bar in the year 2018. Samuel is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
He has particular interest in banking and finance, insurance, telecommunication, litigation, energy, risk and pensions, real estates, media and mining.
Samuel has participated in several seminars and workshops across
the world.
